Give me a break! Both SC starting pitchers appeared average to me! Looked to me like LSU was, for the most part, swinging for the fences. We don't need heroes. We need timely hitting.

Teams go into slumps, especially against good opposition...
Go try out for the team if you're so great hero

These guys have been playing their asses off all season. They deserve respect...

I bet you've got a good eye for pitchers. Better than the LSU batters.

Tigers hit the ball well all weekend. Just so happens that on Sat. and Sun., they hit the ball right at SC.

Mama said there'd be days like this.

South Carolina is a damn fine baseball team.

this...I think some people never watch baseball ,anyone who watches baseball knew this was going to happen .,..lsu put itself in a great position for a top 8 seed ....screw the sec I want them to get hot when it counts..and even with the two losses this team still looks legit to me.

2 runs in 2 days isn't as bad as 2 runs on 20 hits

Dude we crushed the ball. Had no luck at all. Just be happy that You've seen some games this year. It is the only game that has been televised besides the extra innings of game two of Alabama. Give these guys a break and be greatful for the amazing season it has been. Do better sir, do better.

I am not blaming the players. Just disappointed! If there is anyone to blame, it's the coaches. McCune should not have started against a team like SC. He didn't pitch that poorly, but he was a little shaky early. Mainieri is experimenting against the best in the country. Save that for mid week.

Also, the coaches had many opportunities to call steals both last night and today to put runners in scoring position. None called. Not sure it would have made any difference, because we never hit with runners in scoring position anyway.

Don't tell me the Tigers weren't swinging for the fences. If that isn't obvious, then you are blind. Raph Rymes last year feasted on hitting balls where they are pitched. Same with Bregman this year. A few like Laird still are, but there are too many mighty swings that resulted in long fly balls. Is Javi telling them to "swing hard"? Who knows! I just want them to keep winning as does every Tiger fan. Finally got to see them on TV since ESPN jumped in. I haven't seen many games since I live in Shreveport and have DirecTV. It's probably my fault they lost!

I just hope they get on a roll in the post season!

Jacoby was playing fine. It was 3-4-5 that seemed to have struggled this weekend.

They hit the ball. It could be worse, you could be the Braves and strikeout 17 times a game
