I've said this several times. LSU has forgotten how to "work a count".

Thank God that is over. Maybe we can at least win our next game (although it may be ugly) against an inferior opponent and see where we go from there.

Agreed Rabbit

Sorry this thread went full retard. They shouldn't allow us in the postseason since we lost our first series of the year.

That was ugly, but perhaps we can build off of it.

Last night we hit well, but couldn't get a run.

Today we made contact, but couldn't put them ball in the gap.

It doesn't help that we start off in early holes with shaky pitching.

It meant we lost the series that's it. Has no insight into what will happen later in the year.

Don't try and justify that stupid shite. Yesterday's loss, in and of itself, was not a big deal. Losing two is. Nice try.

How you blame McCune for a shutout even Nola would have lost if he pitched tonight

LSU needs a Sunday pitcher not going far in the NCAAs with two guys. I expected a hitting slump to come hopefully they pull out of it.

Every time we get put on ESPN, the country gets to watch us suck. Shouldn't play on ESPN anymore IMHO.

We'll finish 22-8 probably 4 games behind Vandy but first in the west and easily be a lock for a national seed. I'd love to see a fired up team stroll into hoover and the light come on though kind of like 08 and 09. That tournament really catapulted us into the national tournament those two years. Remember no LSU national championship team has failed to win the regular season or conference tournament championship.
