Anybody else enjoy this movie? I just watched it for the first time (don't know how I hadn't seen it by now) and it was fantastic. It's my personal feeling that Matt Damon's best stuff was in the late 90's. Rounders, School Ties, Talented Mr. Ripley (one of the most underrated movies of all time), and Good Will Hunting are some of his best movies. He became an A-lister through the Bournes, but I think this is where his real best work is.

I wouldn't go quite that far, but it's one of Norton's best. I enjoyed it.

Damn bro you just now seein this movie? It came out in 98.

No for real, it's a solid underrated movie about true life poker gamblers.

One of the reasons there was a poker craze is this movie. It introduced millions of people to NLHE, setting the stage for the perfect storm of hole card camera and internet poker that came shortly afterward.

Good movie, but it's not perfect or overly thought-provoking. It's kind of a popcorn movie.

There's several stupid things about it, but I'd never be bored watching it.

I watched it once. Thought it gave some cool insight into poker but the rest wasn't anything special.
