Simple battery is a misdemeanor, should not result in being booted and probably not even suspended since its april

Pretty much. His football future depends it, particularly with one strike already. Where a bunch of drunk college kids are hanging out, he needs to avoid with a passion. Not smart, and the leash will get even tighter from here on out.

The average fraternity at LSU probably has a higher incident rate of both of those things than the football team.
