Had some decent charbroiled oysters and a killer shrimp and grits with bacon at festival international last night.

Good time meeting up with you and ft.

Gonna hit the gym at 11:30. Burn off about 4 beers worth of damage I'll be doing later.

I would normally get a run in, but I strained or slightly tore a calf muscle running Thursday. It was painful and all swole up yesterday. A little better today. It is hell getting old.

FBD will be a Squatters Hop Rising in about 30 minutes.

The crawfish maque choux was the winning dish for me, with the ribs coming in a close second. I'm so happy to see Goose Island largely available as I was knocking back the IPA.
