He questioned drafting guys like Cordarrelle Patterson or Alec Olgletree because of "baggage" but wondered why Manti Te'o wasn't drafted.

I said it when the te'o thing broke, NFL mgmt is very experienced with thug pos but the te'o thing is on a completely different level.

Meh, I don't think it's that. If you look at the players taken Te'o just doesn't stack up. Look at his tape and then look at other first round linebackers. There's just no explosiveness in his game.

He means baggage as in more likely to be thrown in the clinker. What's more risky to a team - guys getting arrested repeatedly? Or a guy who was catfished? Seems obvious.
