1. It's more reliable than ANYTHING
2. That wood grip pretties it up a bit

Yeah well I don't care what that jackass thinks, the 1911 is still the greatest semi auto handgun ever made. It's held up this long because the only improvements you can make on it, they've made already. How many places make this pistol now? The grip is as perfect and natural as a pistol can possibly have, which is why so many other pistols have copied it over the last hundred years AND STILL DO.

It's in the best, most reliably tested caliber for a human sized target. AND IT'S BEEN THAT WAY FROM DAY ONE! There's nothing else to learn about the 1911 so you don't have to worry about it failing down the road. If it was going to, there would already be a military armorers manual on it and they would have already fixed it.

And most importantly, IT'S NOT PLASTIC! Hate to point this out but glocks break off! Happens all the time! How do you think they got that light?

What's up with all the love for 1911s? I don't know, maybe it's the fact that some people actually are able to have enough oxygen to their brains to recognize perfection after it's been there THEIR ENTIRE LIVES!

So delusional. As if guns made one century ago would be as good as new space aged polymer wonders.

Plu they heavy as two glock 9mm fully loaded.

That's like a visual aid into how every glock user see that lump of crap in his hand.

Ok, if you took some features from the 1911 and some from the Glock you would have this:

Is this the answer to end the Glock vs 1911 debate??!?!
