I received a basket of finishing salts for a work gift and have really enjoyed them. I have 6 or 7 types, from smoked to straight sea salts from France. A great finisher to a dish.

Anyone else into these?

I use Hawaiian red sea salt occasionally.

ETA:

For pork or bloody mary's.

I use smoked Alderwood salt for steaks. I had it first at a restaurant here in Los Angeles and liked it so much I bought some on Amazon.
