Seriously? Look, we have a fine program and our young ladies work very hard. But does LSU Softball really get that many people that fired up? Yea, I know about their coach Murphy taking LSU's job for about two days, but is it that big of a deal.

Actually, LSU vs. Alabama is one of the original SEC softball rivalries since the near beginning of league play. No matter if either program are down, they always play up to the other in the series. Seems like Florida replaced us as their top sb rival after the past few years, with their incline and our decline (though, Beth has the program on the ups again).

It's a big deal to the ones that follow. They have a good team (#4), we have a good team (#12). It's Bama v. LSU. Their coach backed out of a deal that would have brought him and his staff to BTR.
Hard to understand because it's a women's sport, sport? They write movies about stuff less meaningless than this. Watch a game and maybe you'll become a fan.

If you ever go out to Tiger Park, especially on a weekend like this, you will see some of the most fired up fans around. It really is a cool environment.

I'll be honest, that article kinda gets me excited. LSU needs to pull out the weekend series. Would be good to frick up Bama at their own sport...
