I find this statement quite dubious as Greivis, Lopez, Anderson, and Roberts are all pretty underwhelming defensively. Mason just isn't "the future" so he didn't play

Mason won us some games this year with his scoring but he also lost us quite a few with his piss-poor rotations on the perimeter. Mason doubled-teams frequently and unnecessarily and to boot he couldn't ever route the pass out of the double team. On top of that his rotations out of the double team were awful, his rotations even when he wasn't were awful. He was a mediocre on the ball defender, I'll give him that. But you could literally watch the games Mason would play in and 80% of them had role players blowing up at the 3 pt line.

This was happening independent of Mason. We got destroyed from beyond the arc all year. I'm not saying Mason is a good defender, but our roster is littered with sub-par defenders. Blaming any one of them individually for our struggles misses the point. They all exacerbate each other's deficiencies.

I'm done. I don't know if the games translate differently to TV but I can tell you that from the balcony it was painfully obvious who was our worst perimeter defender.

Well damn, I didn't know that hard-hitting analysis was coming "from the balcony." Maybe I'll attend a game there one day and be imbued with such critical abilities.

Well I gave you the out but for some reason you have to continue to defend a career 38+% 3pt shooter and 86% FT Shooter that could barely find an NBA team at all this year that's old as dirt and un-athletic as balls.

You're right. 17 minutes a game was way too little for Roger Mason and we should owe him a debt of gratitude for not making a stink about only playing 17 minutes a game.

I'm not bragging about where I sit. I have the cheapest season tickets in the arena (not including the new balcony busters). But anyone with common sense should be able to tell you it's easier to see the entire court when the entire court is small enough to fit into your whole frame of vision dumbass.

It's called being objective. I apologize if that offends you.

Where did I say any of that?
