Wild US Player Transfer Speculation Thread

Which yank is the next to make the jump abroad, and when I say abroad I mean a top four league; Italy, Germany, England, Spain.
If I had to take a stab at it, I'd say Omar. Jack Mcinerney may be in line, if he keeps this form up. I know he's a devisive talent, not physical or fast enough, but I think he's a legit player to watch. Or is it someone who is already abroad, but not playing at the ideal level. Boyd or Gatt.

Jozy
probably the most obvious choice, though I wouldn't be entirely surprised if he stay at AZ another season.
Ideally, where does Jozy go? I'd love to get more US players in la liga. Though he still may not have the technical skill they covet in Spain.

If Jozy wants to continue his good form, he should stay in Holland. I don't think he is good enough for the EPL. He's not a La Liga player. Italy is too tactically astute for him. And the only teams in Germany that would be interested would offer less creative supply.
He has the best chance of doing well in Italy, but I don't think he's ready. The game is too slow and bogged down for him. He does well in Holland because the games are so open, and often flow really well.

Jozy should stay another year at AZ. I think that's the best option for him. He is still very young, and he needs continued playing time. Lack of playing time was awful for his career. Just needs a stronger foundation to build off of. IMO.

If he's going to stay in Holland, I'd like to see him move to Ajax or PSV...
Maher is a great young player, but I'd like to see him with a better collection of talent and CL football...

Altidore to BVB to replace Lewandowski? Could that be a possibility?

Call me a double homer on this but I think Jozy would pair well with Michu at Swansea. Deal with it

Big shoes to fill on a team that has been playing at an extremely high level for the past couple of years
Baby steps. I'd rather him get playing time in a better league over anything. I don't know if he'd be the answer to Dortmund's needs
