I after seeing 360 degree view of the goal and assist it is pretty clear that Dante was in midair and whoever that Barca dwarf was just back peddled into him trying to take him down without getting a PK called. 2 hand balls in the box and one in midfield, all would've been 'harsh' except that Piqué acting job. That one looked like his eyes were looking at the ball as he moved his arms down to deflect it. All in all I think the ref has called it 'loose' but still pretty even
