April 27th @ 10:00 Eastern - New Jersey

Main Card (PPV)
Jon Jones (c) vs. Chael Sonnen
Michael Bisping vs. Alan Belcher
Roy Nelson vs. Cheick Kongo
Phil Davis vs. Vinny Magalhaes
Jim Miller vs. Pat Healy

Preliminary Card (FX)
Johnny Bedford vs. Bryan Caraway
Gian Villante vs. Ovince St. Preux
Sara McMann vs. Sheila Gaff
Rustam Khabilov vs. Yancy Medeiros

Preliminary Card (Facebook)
Leonard Garcia vs. Cody McKenzie
Nick Catone vs. James Head
Steven Siler vs. Kurt Holobaugh

This card won't be nearly as good as the last 2 events, but it still has some a lot of promise. Watching Bisping getting embarrassed is always solid entertainment, and Big Country vs. Kongo should be fun. Rustam Khabilov is probably who I'm most looking forward to watching on Saturday. If he wins, they need to give him a top tier fight next. It's ridiculous how deep the LW division is.....this guy isn't even ranked in the top100.

I am interested in the Davis/VM fight (stylistically), but I have a feeling it will be really boring. Hope I'm wrong though.....

Anyone know how much that is JJ is Deadlifting? 455?
Are those caddies? They look bigger than 45's

Pic looks weird. It looks like he's locking out but he has absolutely no grip on that bar. If thats 400+ it looks like it's going right for the floor/kneecaps the second after the picture.

That's not even a lot of weight. I'm 180 and can do that easily. That being said, Jones is a fricking beast and will tear through Sonnen

Damn, just noticed his grip as well. Strongest fingertips in tUFC

I'm pretty sure he always drops the weight once he locks out.....never lowers it to the floor. So he's probably just in the process of dropping it. Anyone who is familiar with bumper plates, how much are those large weights?

Wanna see a video of me doing 500?

To whoever asked what weight it was. It appears to be 2 45's per side, a 35, 2 25's. so 395 I think.

The last bumper plate would appear to be a 25. Then there's an additional plate (looks like steel) which is barely visible but you can sort of tell it is on there. I'm assuming that one is a 25
