May consider purchasing this year. Gonna wait a week for reviews first though.

The comments disagree.

The comments are probably the standard people who blindly hate on a game before playing it. I loved 13 with the new passing improvements, now 14 fixes the run game and adds an improved infinity engine, plus halftime shows and neutral site games in Dynasty? I might buy two just in case I break the first disc from playing it so much.

I just hope named rosters are out and accurate, though I'll still spend time fixing SEC teams bodies and stats.

I've joined the same shite, don't care crowd. Hopefully they learned from this generation of systems, and don't rush out a game that's broken and then continue to build on the broken concept. I played a game of Madden on the Gamecube and holy shite it is so much more smooth.

Improved menus will actually be pretty great. You wouldnt think much of that, but 13s menus are so damn clunky. It takes me probably almost 10-15 minutes just to get into my online dynasty.

run game improved,

Pretty excited about this. I've been feeling like RB's don't really have a ton of power in this game. By that i mean to juke out what would seem like an easy tackler to get away from. One on one tackling in the secondary should yield the advantage to the runner, but hardly does.

neutral site games,

While this is cool, this should have been in the game years ago.

The presentation stuff I could really care less about. Just like last year when they spent so much effort into the game intro's just to have people fast forward over them. I do think the in game stats and whatnot that will pop up will be pretty cool.

NEW MUSIC AND CHANTS
Get pumped up with familiar stadium anthems Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes and Kernkraft 400 by Zombie Nation. Turn up the speakers and chant along with some of the most instantly recognizable and addictive songs in all of sports.

Woopdeedoo.....

All that said, I'll be buying it. Although I'll be extremely disappointed if they wait until NCAA 15 to put these games on next gen consoles. The consoles are coming out only 2-3 months after, yet we'll have to wait until the next July. Dumb shite

Agreed, past two games in Dynasty with Richardson and then Lacy it's been hard to make them actually be power guys, looks like that should change this year, plus the cutting is something that I was hoping for, the juke system we have now is crap, a cutting system should have always been in.

Yeah, I almost never recruit straight up power backs because theyre pretty useless. If the RB doesn't have any speed, hes not going to help you. Bursting through holes and running to the edges are the best bets. As far as just trying to bowl over people, that never works unless you're playing as a power vs one of the FCS schools.

I love power RBs. You have to scheme your offense around them. Give him 20 plus carries / game. By the 3rd and 4th quarter he is breaking off 10-20 yard runs.

Why, because I don't hate EA for minor problems?
