Why not? If he has a dickhead answer he should be treated like a dickhead. Thats how the world works. YOu state you opinion and people judge based on it.

For the record is anyone offended by the "i would just go about my business" answer every other player was smart enough to say? No. BECAUSE IT IS THE OBVIOUS RIGHT ANSWER

I thought a "phobia" was a fear of something. Not quite sure you're definition is correct either. js

LOL. When did i say anything about them accepting less rights, or being treated as less of a human being? My girlfriend has 2 gay friends and when i hangout with them thats all they talk about is people need to accept this or need to accept that about them being gay or else if you dont, your an a-hole and homophobic. THATS ALL THEY TALK ABOUT 24/7.

Do you hear women talking all the time about getting treated equally and getting equal rights? No. Black people? No.

Why? Because they marched in the streets and had a movement to be accepted as equals. That's what gay people are doing now. When that happens, and gay people are treated the same way as everyone else, they wont have that to talk about anymore will they? Blue's comments said that a gay man is less of a man that a straight man. That is ignorant.

Also, nobody is shoving gay shite in yours or anyone else's face. No more so than heterosexual relationships are thrown in a gay persons face.

You do know the statistics about LGBTQ youth who can't politely walk away from being harassed, beaten, abused, kicked out of their homes, and stigmatized?

It is evident that you have been completely brain washed. Can you substantiate this claim?

LINK

More than 40% of Alabama's homeless youth are gay.

LINK

Gay teens are 5 times more likely to attempt suicide than straight teens.

And that first article is on a current law in Alabama from 1992 that says teachers have to say being gay is a crime and unacceptable.

You're entitled to you opinion, but when representing an organization you give the bullshite PC answer. Period. The Team is bigger than you. Thus someone being gay doesn't matter as long as it is for the good of the team. Obviously he is wrong in saying gays can't play football, as several have come out after playing in the NFL. Not to mention statistically there have to have been more that just never openly said anything.

It is the right thing to say when representing LSU. Or at least the right way to handle the situation.

Im sure greater than 2/3rds of the team agrees with him but because you disagree with him His comments are ignorant. Dont say some gay people are not in your face about it. The two that i know are. On another subject about gays that I know, One of them i get along with fine, because he acts like a normal man. He likes sports, outdoors stuff, and acts like you and I do. He doesnt have that fake arse 10 year old girl voice that some gays have like the other one I know. I cant for the life of me understand how a grown man can be excited as a teenage girl about shopping at dress shops with my girlfriend. Hes even admitted he fakes his voice to be that way to make him more feminine. I guess what im saying is I just dont see why if your a gay fine, be gay, but act like any other man does. You dont have to fake being all girly. Be normal. I guess i just see some of them as overdoing it to be honest.

But if I were asked that question, no I would not have said what he said because of the obvious repercussions of his comments. But les miles, if you can get by the les speak, wasnt too politically correct either

Brainwashed? You must be brain dead. You have some reading to do.

Or maybe you start with Wikipedia: LINK

But hey, this could all be a bunch of lies created liberals to keep the straight, white male down, right?

And yeah some of them do go overboard with it. I agree. But a lot of them don't. Some straight men go overboard with being too macho.

And not all gay men attempt to have a feminine voice. Trust me. I know of a bunch of gay guys who sound gay and they can't help it. Its just the sound of their voice. Some you can just look at and tell they are gay. Not because of how they talk or act or dress, just by how they physically look.

A gay 13 year old who hears this comment by Blue (along with other comments he hears) may now feel like shite about himself and may love football but feel too inadequate to play now.

Obviously. Im not sure what your referring to as i never mentioned the 2 gay guys i know ever played football. If there is a gay guy on LSUs team, again im sure he doesnt act and talk like a teenage girl.

I agree about the straight guys who act macho. I hate that just as much because thats just as fake and the gay men who over do it. And yes I also agree that you can tell just by looking at people and can tell that their gay. And yes about the 13 year old that is true. Like i said though if your gay fine be gay but just act like a normal man and dont over do anything with their voice. Anderson cooper comes to mind, Hes gay buy you would never tell in a million years by listening to him or some of the things he does.

I am saying wouldn't you expect a gay man who plays football to like sports, and probably be of the manly sort?

Man there is some little girls here. He told what everybody is thinking. You can't sit here and say if an NFL player came out and did something on the field like miss an easy tackle, you wouldn't laugh and call him a girl. Call him a sissy. He shouldn't have said it but u can't fault him for telling the truth. Gays are for shopping and acting girly. Bi's are different.

Yes, which if youve read my posts ive said if your gay, fine be gay, but be like a normal guy. And by them being manly as you say, that would qualify for acting pretty normal. Like i said, i dont really agree with gays, but ive actually come a long way on the topic over the last few years.

I agree with this. That's their choice to be gay. Just don't think they have to make sure everyone knows it.

I know plenty of gay men who are just as into sports as you are, who are just as tough as you are, and they probably take care of their bodies more than you do so they'd probably take you in a fight
