Regional/Interior Mexican in Dallas?

I've been to Javier's but was wondering if there are other restaurants in the Dallas area doing other than Tex/Mex. TIA

Versa Cruz in Bishop Arts. Great interior Mexican.

Avilas is great and was on diners dine ins and drives
El Ranchito is classic in bishop arts. Specialty is grilled goat
Pepi and Mitos in deep Ellum is pretty authentic
