ETA: It's a good menu. Just get what you like. I don't think I've had anything there I wouldn't order again.

3 cheese chips for app

my wife always gets the pot roast. we go at least once a week, and she never, EVER, gets anything else.

we went last night (Shreveport location), and I got salmon with a mango salsa that was pretty spot on. I also enjoy the cassoulet.

Bleu cheese chips for sure.

After that there are a bunch of great entrees.

Stick to grilled fish and steak. Avoid the country/home-style dishes or anything covered in gravy. Skip the shrimp remoulade made with tiny frozen shrimp. Sandwiches are mostly okay. Cocktails are outrageously expensive.

Shredded beef swimming in week-old gravy is not my idea of awesome. It belongs on a po-boy, not plated as an entrée.

The fried catfish is good as well

Also the tenderloin tails......blue cheese Mac is a good side for that.

The only thing I ever regret ordering are the pork chops.

Bomber is legit... Ask for extra horseradish sauce - they don't put a lot if not.

Blue cheese chips but I get Bleu cheese sauce on the side so I can dip in the cheese sauce. Mmmm

Carrot soufflé is the best side they have.

Pot roast
Debris sandwich
Bistro bomber

Get a side salad and the Asian vinaigrette and you'll be eternally happy!
