They took the trailer and broke down the stuff going on in it. There are some things that you could possibly consider spoilers, but I don't think they are major.
For example, one section was "Why doesn't Superman break out of his handcuffs?".

BTW, I looked at the OP's link. It's all basic parts of the Superman Mythos. The one about Zod's ship is borderline spoiler though.
