I have a pack of them frozen. What's the preferred method of serving these? TIA

I've made sandwiches with them burger style. I've also sauteed some onions and mushrooms and made a cream sauce then added them chopped up and put it over penne pasta for a kick arse Cajun Chicken Pasta.

I was guessing so. Really not sure. They look all the way smoked through

Them things are AWESOME ... Fleur De Lis donuts on Highland and Old Jefferson uses the same chicken sausage in link form to make their chicken kolaches ... every know and then the girl who runs the joint would get me one of them patties. AWESOME-NESS

The one I had was pretty dry. I have some uncooked in the freezer to try.

LINK

They are cooked over pecan shells then about an hour smoke on them. All chicken thigh meat and seasonings.
Warm with a little water in bottom of dish, it is chicken and will dry out sometimes.
Chopped in salads is also a great way to eat them...
My kids love them...
Have a good Memorial Day!!!!
