Really don't care about it for defensive players, (Mo Claiborne - 4/50 ...) but for offense it has to have some significance if you're in complicated system. Wonder if this will have any significant impact on his draft stock with all the potential trade scenarios surrounding him.

I thought roger cared about protecting the players.

Eta: to morris Claiborne.

I wouldnt worry about this. WVU put him all over the field in a pretty complicated scheme.

They run out of time. He probably got stumped on one early question and wasted all the time on it.

It's football, not rocket surgery. I wouldn't be too concerned, especially for a top prospect like austin.

He should be able to score 7 just by writing his name.........then maybe he can't

Nope, the wonderlic is worthless and like the article points out, there is a racial element as to why the media and fans love when these scores are released

Never understood why people care about this damn test. Nothing in that test has anything to do with football.

I doubt some of these players even really care about the wonderlic.

Yeah that's a good strategy for getting drafted. Just refuse every time you're asked to do something. I hear Tyrann plans to take a similar approach with his drug tests.

Prospects choose to sit out combine events all the time, events that have way more to do with football than this test does

The fact that they don't care about something at the combine is more damning than them doing bad on it. However, even if you don't care, tell me how in the hell you only get 7 out of 50 questions right? It's far more interesting to wonder how these guys stayed eligible through their college careers.

Sample Wonderlic below.

I hate the Wonderlic.

Players are told that their scores will be kept confidential.
So if they're not QB's or MLB's, they don't care enough to even bother with it.

The NFL keeps fricking up and leaking these scores.
There needs to be punishments for whoever allows these leaks.
