The Chelsea v Swansea game got pushed from April 27th to the 28th. My flight out of London was booked to fly out on the 28th so I'd miss the game. Option 1: miss the game and have my tickets refunded. Option 2: pay $240 to have my flight moved to Monday and an additional night of a hotel. I'd also have to use an additional vacation day. I'm not an OT baller, only make about 40k a year.

When do you plan on going back to London?

No idea. If I don't go to the game probably sooner rather than later. My girlfriend is a huge Liverpool fan so maybe we'll go when they play next year or in the fall.

That was rhetorical and I agree with Sheep.

Move the flight. Sell plasma to make up for most of the cost.

I think you know the right decision here.

You should introduce me to her so I can show her what a real man is like.

Since you'll be able to make another trip in the near future, I'd ask myself two questions were I in your position:

1. Can I really afford it?
2. Would I prefer to take a trip somewhere else instead of going back to London?

Honestly, though. I would absolutely pay extra and stay. It may be a long time before you can go back and get there during the season and for a game. And really, a ticket to Liverpool v. Chelsea is going to be retarded expensive. That serves as another constraint as to whether you'll be able to make it next time or not.

YOLO dog. Stay the extra day.

Sheep - didn't read that all as rhetoric bc I'll actually be going back within a year or two.

I'm haggling with delta to save myself my money with the hanging flight fee. They said it was $150 to cancel my flight so I said I would and just rebook bc its $130 cheaper right now so I only end up paying an additional $70.
