I started a new project a short time ago. I found this old cabinet on the side of the road. I cleaned it up and got some cracklin paint and aged it.

Then added a string of lights made for a gun safe and took out some shelves.

First two shelves will be liquor. Third shelf will be glassware and bottom will be a wine rack when I finish it.

Now I need to fill it up. What liquor should every liquor cabinet have in it?

So far I got

Crown
Jack Daniels Single Barrel
Makers Mark
Jim Beam
Absolut
Captain Morgans
Disaranno
Patron
Sugar Shine
Popcorn Suttons XXX White Lightning
Grand Marnier

ETA: Slowly trying to add to it as I go and just trying to see what should go in there next. One day it will be as full as Wicks....maybe.

Blantons will definitely be going in the cabinet. Also on my next trip to Kentucky I will visit the Woodford Reserve Distillery and grab a bottle from their to put in the cabinet.

Man, I have too many friends and little cousins who come to my place to deer hunt to have a cabinet like that. I have to put a frickin decoy bottle of Beam in the cabinet and hide the better stuff (not that much is better than Beam) under lock and key.

I agree with this. I have to go to Lexington for a week or so every year. Gonna try to hit all the distilleries one at a time. Makers was the one I visited this year.
