I am going to guess Fobbs and A. Williams do not get an increased in WR snaps.

I am just guessing though. I have heard nothing to indicate they have improved their standings with the veterans and the new crop of incoming WR's are already getting more chatter.

just seem like camp bodies at this point.

It's sad because A.Williams is the prototypical wideout that LSU has been looking forward because of his size. He could be a huge weapon in redzone situations.

In some of the practice videos Fobbs has been getting touches at RB. He doesn't look half bad.

That drill is centered towards developing the 3 vs 3 that are facing off on the line. Fobbs and another player #46 [i think he's a tight end] have been rushing the ball.

too bad prototypical size isn't enough to make him worthy of play time

Fobbs was a 4 star guy and couldnt get On the field when obj and Landry was able to as freshman.....I remember when he was being recruited he was committed to another school (either Texas or Arkansas ) and was considered a (boom) or a steal when lsu got him to change his mind a
nd come here......if I were him I would transfer because it doesn't look good for him as far as playing time.

I don't remember Fobbs as a 4 star guy but with the people ahead of him he doesn't look to see much time. I'd be surprised if he stayed.

Fobbs had just about everyone looking at him.

This is why I try not to get too excited with recruiting. People get so hyped about a guy, and then they seem to feel let down when the player gets lost in the fray.

Every year there seems to be a big name guy or two that just doesn't stick.

Ron Cooper wanted him as a cb, he wanted none of it and committed to aTm.

Billy G came and wanted him at wr and got him to switch. When coop wants you to play DB, you play DB

wanted him to play in secondary in the beginning but after the decommits we were in scramble mode and took him at wr.
