Puzzling silver prices

Why are the idiots on Ebay paying more than spot price for silver bars? I'm trying to pick up a few 10oz bars but they are in the $30-$35 range right now.

I sold in the 40's. Trying to hop back in mid to low 20's. My initial buy was at $8.00

Super fast shipping and they put an abbreviation on the return address, so that nobody knows whats in the package. If its over $400 you will have to sign for it.

Yeah, if you buy high quantities... Plus 90% of the time, you pay shipping cost, which is $12.
