Deftones bassist Chi Cheng passes away at 42

That's really upsetting. Easily my favorite rock band and they always put out great music. I hope the band keeps going but I don't know if Chino will without Chi

Such a bummer. Deftones changed my life, musically speaking. White Pony is the best album of all time as far as I'm concerned. RIP brother

Sad to hear....but some of you act like he is the current bassist...
He was in a bad wreck in the early-mid 2000's and was basically in a coma for awhile.
He has obviously not been with the band since the wreck. So the Deftones will go on, although I'm sure it's a difficult time for them

RIP Chi but of course the Deftones will go on, he hasn't played with them in years and Sergio Vega has done a damn good job in his place.
