Question about Arkansas' "Amazing" ERA

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but wouldn't you expect a big chunk of the runs given up to be unearned when their defense makes so many errors? It's not like they're giving up 2 runs a night. It's more like they're giving up 3 or 4 but only 2 of them count against your ERA.

They're having a nice night tonight, however.

How many earned and unearned runs do they give up per game ?

before todays game. Ark has given up 89 Runs, 56 Earned in 315.2 Innings.

The two starters so far have been impressive. Stanik is as advertised. Their D sucks, but I'm sure the ERA has had some help from "E's" that were borderline.

So before today, Arkansas gave up 89 runs and LSU gave up 92 in 3 more innings. The difference is Ark has 33 unearned runs. LSU has 8.
