With the way this offense has been for years I'm just really shocked to hear him say this today. Think Cam and Mett will really make that much difference?

I'm on the fence with the guy. I don't think he ever really recovered from looking like a fool about Les going to Michigan.

Herby has been saying some really positive things about us this preseason. He's starting to turn the tables for me

ETA: ESPN is going to run with our schedule whenever the season starts looming in, I can almost bet on that. Should be interesting to see how everything pans out

Yep sure did, thanks to a ton of turnovers by the defense and special teams. LSU's offense has sucked a major donkey dick the last 5 years.

And the offense scored. thats part of the game. Would you prefer they not put it in the endzone off turnovers and good field position?

He picked Auburn to win the national championship preseason 2010 and everyone thought he was crazy. He is right more often than he is not. LSU fans need to get over 2007 and listen to the guy. He called the effect that losing TM7 would have on the team last year. Nailed it, actually, and we all said he was crazy.

If he is saying great things about the LSU offense, I would listen to him.

Well we are praying he is right on this one. All those stalled drives over the past couple years were painful to watch.
