Why did Riverside patty close?

They legitametly had the best burger ive ever eaten. The chiliburger with curly fries was like an orgasm in your mouth.

Only eaten there twice. Didnt get the appeal, but I guess there was some nostalgia. Wasn't bad, just average.

Think it was a lease issue, going up on rent or something.

Used to eat there quite a bit for lunch. The quality has gone down over the years.

The building downtown got sold and I think the new owners didn't renew the lease.

Bulding owner wants to renovated the space and increase the rent on the building.
