What is the LSU record for longest hitting streak and who is it held by?

Freshman SEC Record is around 26.

Whats the NCAA record again? And didnt someone come close to breaking it in the recent years?

Ventura at 50 something. The guy at FIU came close but it was broken early in the next season by Southeastern.

ETA: Ventura's was 58 and Wittels was 56.

That will be tough to get to. Dude is only at 21. That stat is probably one of the most amazing in college baseball imo
