well big cat isn't exactly ment to show who's ready to get on the field in the fall. It's used to build team unity in the spring. Which is exactly what Vandy is doing.

A ton of football drills involve non-football moves but they serve a purpose.

Vandy stuff looks intense, but it's just a fancy way of doing strength and conditioning. Nothing in there was really a football drill

As for the big cat, only thing worth noting IMO is that J.C. Copeland = beast, but that's nothing new
