I finally forced myself into getting my boat lake ready this week. It has sat in my parent's back yard unmoved since Mid August...I have a tournament Saturday, so it was nut cutting time for me.
This may have been the most amount of work I have had to do to get her back right...

* Replace 3 rocker switches at my console
* Replace the power trim relay solenoid things.
* Rewire aerators
* Replace Fuel hose
* Syphon old gas
* Trailer Renewal
* Boat Renewal
* New Cranking Battery
* Bulbs on Running light poles

All this done in a couple of days

Still havent completed the trailer and boat renewal. Still need to get my fishing license.

After getting all the mechanical and electrical crap lined up. I put the bunny ears on her last night, and everything was running like a top!
I love it when a plan comes together. Feels damn great.

Now i need to get legal!

This may inspire me to start fishing alot more. It is easy to stay at the house when you know that your boat needs a bunch of crap done to it...

What have you all had to do?

I almost sold mine. Such a love hate ...

It puts a smile on my face when everything is in running order... the rareity in which that occurs.

Carb issues on the #3 carb...cleaned and readjusted. Fuses for the bilge and livewell blew for some reason.

Thats it so far...but she is back to running like a top. May hit the water this weekend if the wind will lay down.

Mine is sitting in an enclosed boat shed at Pickwick. I am in Birmingham. Have not pulled it out in two years. I am scared to go there and unlock the door. I know it will be bad.

Hose off the spider webs, check the oil, hit the switch for the hoist to drop it in the water.

Sounds familiar. My dad has a 21' CC that he's prepping to sell that hadn't ran since 09. He randomly decided last week that we'd start cleaning it up and while doing so hooked up the batteries to a charger to see if it would turn over. It frickin started and ran like a top. I still can't believe it.
