Threw together some sweet potato + black bean burgers on whole wheat bread topped with roasted pepper hummus, raw mushrooms, spinach and avocado.

Just put a pork loin on to smoke/grill.....since I'm low on time for a week night.

Got some taters on the grill too.

Using the one with the food processor from the thread the other day.

Been extremely impressed with the whole idea and the steel is legit. Gonna move it up in the oven tonight because I was getting a little too much crust burn and not enough browning on the top. Honestly, it is pretty close to wood fired though.

We have friends together once a week for dinner and this time it is our turn. Thinking about doing individual pizzas for each person and add topping to their liking, hence why I need the practice.

Long day and didn't get any grocery shopping Done this evening. Had to raid the freezer for leftovers. Going with chicken breast over quinoa, topped with crawfish etouffee.

Wife tried a new recipe.....

Baked chicken breast that was stuffed with cream cheese and bacon wrapped, then glazed with Sweet Baby Ray's it was good!!!

Sweet peas were served on the side.
