We know this show isn't going to leave us without something crazy going down in the finale

The preview showed Frank in the hospital, does he make it out of season 3 alive?

For some reason I look forward to this show every week even though it's not too good.
Also, Emmy Rossum did an interview that I listened to and she spoiled the shite out of the finale. I'll check in after the show to let you know how bad she f'ed up.

Beto didn't give Fiona a definite answer but I'm guessing yes. Not saying whether or not he is dead that gives the writers the option of bringing him back.

Emmy Rossum said in the interview that a major character would die this season. Maybe she didn't spoil it, though. If they were going to write him off, there would've been more closure. Expect next season to open up with Jimmy/Steve in some foreign place getting his arse kicked.

I can believe he's dead. I would prefer something more definitive. However, Steve/Jimmy is too well liked to have shown him getting a bullet to the head. Also, where did the money come from? Jimmy was broke. I think it was Beto's cash. It sounded more like his words when he said Jimmy was too good for her. He seemed to admire Fionna and dislike Jimmy.

I thought this season was awesome. Maybe my favorite one so far. There were so many unanswered questions at the end of this season. Is Jimmy dead? Is Frank turning a new leaf? Will Ian be in the next season? Is Fiona going to find a new man? Is Lip going to go to college?
Now I have to wait a whole year to find out

I was surprised at how upset Mickey was, I knew he liked Ian but I didn't expect to see tears from him

this show is always pushing some boundaries....

How awesome was it seeing Lip and Frank hang out and have fun together? I know Lip was drunk but it seemed like he was having a great time.
The amount of blood Frank spit out onto the ice was frightening.
Oh and how sweet was Carl at the end? The kid is a little psycho but he still has a soft side. Sneaking into the hospital to shave Frank's head to "let the rays of sunshine in" was great

it seems like Frank is really making an effort to be a better person. He turned himself in for Carl, hanging out with Lip, Joking around with Fi in the hospital

It is scary IMO. I could see Lip turning into Frank. Frank is just a very smart drunk that doesn't give a shite. Lip is just a drinking problem away from becoming Frank. Lip does seem to care more for others around him, but it isn't hard to believe that Frank was once like that.

with the stuff between his two ladies going so ugly, his brother possibly screwing up his ticket to a better life, etc.... i dont think the type of event to kick him into that "i dont care" lifestyle would be that hard to fathom. frank screwing him over after giving him hope could be just the type of thing to send him over the edge.
i could easily see frank as being the happy carefree guy that loves his family but just got too damaged to pull out of the lifestyle between his mom, wife, other family etc....
