Back on topic, though. Watching the scene with Marge and Joffrey for the 12th time. He says that he was aware of "Renley's degeneracy" but when he says that he's considered outlawing homosexuality, he doesn't acknowledge that he knows Loras is gay.
If he knew that Renley was gay, wouldn't he know that Loras is gay too?

It was pretty much known by everyone that Loras was Renleys lover but for the Lannisters it would be foolish to destroy the Tyrell alliance for such a petty reason. Killing or exiling Loras Tyrell would make a very powerful enemey for the Lannisters that they don't need right now.
