Especially considering why the group fell behind. It wasn't the kid's fault. This is at least the 2nd time this rules official has caused controversy. Even Tiger has criticized him before.

It's not that the group fell behind, it would be that once they are on the clock, he's taking too long to hit his shot and not making an effort to speed up.
