I've never been to a spring game and we're considering taking our kid to have her first experience in TS.

So my questions are: do you need to buy tickets? Is everything on campus set up like a normal gameday (parking/streets blocked off)? How many people usually go?

TIA. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything (searching from phone).

Horrible experience if its a first time

You'll be sweating your arse off in the sun for 2 hours for no reason other than to hear fat asses complain about miles

I went for the first time, last year. True, it was hot but, it's free and you can leave anytime if the kid gets too uncomfortable. There are inflatables for the kids and free food samples in the west parking lot pre-game.
