Going friday through Sunday. What have you had luck on? I'm thinking some baby brush hogs but can't pick which colors. How much is the weather going to screw with fishing?

I have a feeling the weather is going to screw them up pretty bad, I'm passing this weekend.

Can't really give any reports on lake Concordia, but I will say that if you get tired of fishing it, or the bite is slow, try lake st John a few miles over. I have caught a lot of sacs there. Just a heads up. Good luck with the weather.

Try the big 1/4 oz beetle spins in that dull green color Weird I know but worth a shot. Bandit 200 series crankbait in crawfish color. Zoom Cotton candy lizards.

North end of the lake left side.

If da green trout aint givin bring some nightcrawlers and tightline for cats in 6-10 ft of water.

My brother in law went to both lakes yesterday. Weather screwed the fshing up. Last weekend they tore them up and yesterday they caught 2 two pounders. That's it. All on watermelon seed baby brush hogs.

They were just bass fishing. I never get in my boat without crickets unless bait shop is out. That's me though. He doesn't think like that. I have never fished either of these lakes either.

If there is grass in the trees at the end, look hard to see if there are small openings right next to the trunks. If so, pitch your fav. soft plastic and hold on.

We've fished the flats at the end and the big blue hole for striper with rattle traps..others in our group fished st.john's as well. We haven't had luck but my brother caught a 3.5lb bass in st.john on a worm. Weather has been nice other that Friday morning. Atleast I'm not at office! Cold beer, live music and good food is a nice way to relax. Maybe we can get lucky this afternoon or tommorow
