I've seen the recent "predict the final 2014 class" threads, but I'd like to think this one is different. Have a little fun with it and show how you really feel. Hoping this brings some discussion during a quiet period.

Just listing some of the "HOT" names at the moment.

LSU will be DBU if they pull the DB class that the recruiting board thinks they will. I would like to see some of the local wide receivers commit sooner than later.

Memphis, you think LSU has a 40% shot at Jabril Peppers? Garrett I could buy, although I think distance might be a factor, but 40 percent for Peppers? LSU is lucky to be 4th in his pecking order at this point. I wouldn't even put it at 10% now. And Thornton at 50% is ridiculous considering the staff has pretty much conceded him to Florida.

My numbers are -slightly- biased

I just heard about thortons brother to Florida situation so I think I'll lower that to 20.

Peppers I think is definitely above around 30-40 and I say that becAuse he didn't know that LSU offered In that tweet until recently aka we haven't been recruiting him much. If we are recruiting him this late ( I only say late because he's obviously top 5 recruit and has offers from virtually everywhere) and we made his top 4 out of all SEC schools too, I really like our odds.

he hasn't even visited yet, when he visits, expect us to be highly regarded

why is Darrel Williams on your list but not Palielli? Do you think Williams is more of a big time prospect than Palielli?

Both are coming in on unofficial visits. That's a huge thing when these kids are so far away. The interest is legit and I think both numbers are exactly where they need to be for now.

LSU is fourth in the pecking order for Peppers and he didnt even know we offered him until a couple weeks back. I mean is there a lot of ground to make up with him? Absolutely. But when he visits soon I think we can make up that ground and be right in the thick of it for him. He's a smart kid, and the staff always stresses academics on visits. He's a DB and LSU has it's very good past recently with DB so I don't see any way he won't be blown away on his visit.

I also don't think distance will be a factor with garret. He's visiting sec schools and wants to be in the SEC. Also good friends with EE Ethan Pocic and this time last yea people were saying the same thing about Pocic.

Thornton is all UF, which is why I didn't quote him. 50% is way too damn high for him
