ill have to check it out. it was just short opening sets for other bands but he stood out as sounding good, atleast in those small windows.

I saw them probably 10 times when I was in high school. Not my thing anymore but I still hit play on a few songs every now and then. Very cool dudes, we would go up and talk to em after every concert. Sound better live than on the cd which is semi rare.

Givers. Not The Givers, just Givers. Saw them live here in Shreveport. Blew me away. Chick and dude singers, the chick banged out in the drums/bongo the whole time and the whole band was getting down. Very fun show. Alternative/indie rock fans should like them. Entire cd is good.

I'm the same way. Good music, just not my taste anymore. Adam dale is very talented and very cool guy. Met him multiple times.

No, they don't exist. Just poking at Lester earl. He always mentions lazy K in band threads and those are all my friends. Used to help them out before Ross moved away.

and he always seems to pair up with kristin diable for shows in that singer/songwriter genre. shes not half bad if thats your cup of tea. latest cd sounded pretty good, honestly.

maggie koerner from that scene has some pipes too (only saw her once, in an old church with no power on a 40 degree night but her voice lit that place up)
