When I first bought my Tacoma there was alot of that happening to that model. Easy money for a thief. Put a hose clamp on mine to secure it and no problems since.

Frickin thieves suck. Shoot on sight I say.

This apparently is a problem on the Fords. I know someone that has had this happen to them twice in the past 2 years.

I hope the police nail this thief!!!

Last year, I had a buddy get his tailgate and rear taillights stolen like that. He lived off brightside at the time.

its quite a popular part to steal now, more so than radios. you can get them off very easy and they are worth quite a bit. Those along with the catalytic convertors on trucks are probably one of the most stolen parts right now

Try car-part.com if you need help finding a new one yourself
