Paulo Di Canio's Sunderland career off to a predictable start

Refuses to confirm or deny that he is a fascist

In other news, Thiago Silva doesn't know who that Englishman playing for Marseille is

Well, I'm not sure how Di Canio can deny he is a fascist. He has literally said "I am a proud fascist" before to the media. Unless he has had a political and social epiphany, he can't really deny it.

Yeah, he brought more attention to it by refusing to comment in his own little roundabout way. I probably saw the picture of him saluting the Lazio faithful five times yesterday.

Sunderland can surely pick them.

He's now claiming that he's not a fascist.
