Some coonass figured they were good eatin.

Ironically, I woke up last night feeling like something was crawling near my neck. I jumped up and turned on the lamp, and it was a 2" long centipede. I start pounding the bed, and my wife
says, "what are you doing?". I said I'm killing a centipede. She hauled arse and I either killed it or knocked it out. Either way, it was flushed. Hope it doesn't swim back up and bite my arse.

Oh, my wife EVENTUALLY came back to bed.

Caught one at Cypress Bend a few years back. Had no idea we even had them. My in-laws in Beauregard have scorpions too.

Brown recluse probably lives in your house and a lot more deadly

That aint no joke. Those things are nasty.

Truth. My little cousin almost died when she was 7 or 8 from a brown recluse bite. Nasty lil fricker crawled inside her ear and bit her while she was asleep. I hate 'em with a fricking vengeance
