was thinking about having a built-in crawfish cooker in an outdoor kitchen. the contractor says this is what i need:
LINK
How effectively will a 65k btu nat gas burner work vs 105k btu (or greater) propane jet burner? the nat gas burner will connect to the existing gas line. if i have to go propane jet burner, then it defeats the purpose of having the built-in.
i know there are nat gas jet burners, but i've read a lot of warnings on those and that they burn too hot.
any help would be appreciated.

These type of burners will take forever to get a boil going. You need a jet burner. I believe 1/16" hole is needed for a natural gas burner.

Need something like this. They get up near 200kBTU. People use them in the home brew community and for wok burners.
Cheap too. No pilot light though, may just have to keep some matches on hand.
