Do we see someone else get a shot at the Sunday start vs UK?

I wasn't able to get the 3 innings, as I was on my way back to BR from Easter with the fam. Got a stream on my phone in the top of the forth, and what a great game. Reading the run down on the game, looks like Glenn had another shaky start, hitting batters, and Berry gave up a 2 run single in relief.
Glenn was decent against a weak hitting AU team last weekend, but no stellar only getting a couple of strike outs. If we are going to make a move, the earlier the better. Who do think the coaches would look at In that situation?

I think it will take at least 1 if not 2 more blow up starts for Cody to get pulled from the Sunday slot. He will definitely have a short hook if we get into a rubber game situation, but that is the advantage to having an adequate long distance releiver in Bonvillain and a deep bullpen.

Whoever throws Sunday will be going up against Littrell. We really need to win Friday and Saturday.

Litrell has to pitch against our lineup though.

So if Bonvillain stays the middle reliever for Sunday, do you think Lamarche could get a look? He seems like he has a burner fastball, does he have the arm and presence to get a start? Reynolds deserves a shot too IMO

True, but still, I would feel much safer if we get to him with the series already won.

Lamarche is not a starting pitcher.

This is the main difference in this and last years team. Instead of a solid 3 and 4 hole, we have a solid 2-3-4-5-6 hole

That's kinda what I was asking.
FWIW I feel pretty confident in having the series hemmed up by Sunday. Eades and Nola are looking spot on, especially at the Box. Cant wait for the weekend, gonna be the first time it really gets rowdy in there this year

Since Glenn did throw well against Auburn at home, he probably gets another start.

All bets are off when they head to Ar-Kansas though.

I would say give Bonvillain another chance but you weaken the bullpen doing that.

I don't think Reynolds is ready, especially on the road at Ark, but he will get another audition this week.
