What I think Payton should do to motivate the team this year.

Lunch pails. Everybody get's one. Have to keep them with you at all times. Why? Getting back to work, that's why. First team meeting: Payton takes out the "Bring the Wood" bat from the 09 playoffs. Smashes all the lunch pails. Why? That gimmick shite doesn't work.
Everyone goes outside and throws their lunch pails in a hole. They bury them. No time for lunch. Hafta get back to work, but first a midnight jog through the woods. Why coach? What is this? Oh! Slavery. We have to come together as a team guys.
Everyone go back to dorms and sleep under "Do your job" blankets. #grindtime

April 1 would be a good date to buy lunch pails.
