Xbox Live communications suspension question

Anybody ever been suspended from ALL XBL communications?
Long story short, I was playing Borderlands 2 with a buddy last night who is a level 12. It's his first time playing on Xbox, so we were going through the story when a friend of mine joined with a level 50 character. Shortly after a friend of his joined in, also a level 50. (his friend was a little kid) He was trapping my friend in the corner and wouldn't let him out, so I told him to kick the kid from the game. Kid got all pissy and threatened to "hack my account" if he was booted. I played the rest of the night, but when I got online this morning, I got three messages from Xbox Live (all at the same time and same message) stating I was suspended from Xbox Live communication for two weeks.
What can be done about this shite?

Report the kid. Say he was using racist and homophobic slurs. Maybe you can get him banned too.

It's sad how much some kids on Xbox, PSN, Steam, etc are just starving for any kind of attention.

It's bullshite how you can be be banned by a claim with no evidence. Why is it even possible in the first place.

Chances are he wasn't the first one to report you for trash talk.
I am an Xbox Ambasador (lame I know) and as best I can tell it takes a few people complaining before they hit you with anything.

I know what he did. He sent a mass message to his clan to file a complaint on my in game voice communication. I understand one person filing a complaint won't do anything, but when 50-60+ people send in complaints, a suspension ensues.
However, in a case like mine, it's ridiculous. Some kid gets mad because I wouldn't let him troll a buddy of mine who's new to Xbox?

You can't file a complaint against someone unless you have recently played with or against them. Xbox made it this way just to keep what you are describing from happening.

I think you're thinking of the submit player review feature, not the file complaint. I'm signed into another profile that was never in a session with him, and it gives me the option to file a complaint, but not submit a player review.

you can always file a complaint on some one, with xbox. One only needs to go to that players profile, file complaint, bang!
But, they don't give out suspensions on a whim. You send him any messages via pm?

I am part of the ambassadors dealio, i could never get people to respond, when the chat dialogue came up. So i quit responding, and it stopped sending me chat help, dialogues. Did they ever give people things for doing it? Did you ever get people to respond?
Nothing worse than playing a game, and i kept getting chat, help dialogues, i pull up the dialogue, enter, type hello, and player leaves! meh!
But, they don't give out suspensions on a whim. You send him any messages via pm?
