Went out fishing today and a few hours after getting started I noticed my Minn Kota was losing its juice. Soon after it wouldn't even move the boat. I have an on board charger and charged it all night. On the way back in I noticed my voltage reading on the dash was on 8 and it should read between 12-14. I just bought the boat and i know it sat for a while. I think either the deep cycle batteries need to be replaced or the cranking battery and deep cycle batteries are backwards? Any help is appreciated!

You've got a fallen cell. Probably ain't even 10 volts fully charged.

This morning the meter was reading right where it should. I'm guessing I just need to go get a new battery?
