Don't focus on winning and losing right now. Games are going to be shitshows at your level. Just focus on getting the basics down.

This cannot be stressed enough.
Don't worry about winning. Use the grind to level 30 to get better at farming and to learn how to transition from the laning phase to the mid game, and so on.

I mean yeah, they are good to have to fend off ignite ticks, or popping one before entering into a lvl 6 teamfight.

its a solo lane, so yea. if you fall in midlane the entire map get's overun.
in real games once you gain levels, two ppl wont be top. there will be a Jungler.

Ok, I fell 8 times and was wondering why I was always by myself... I guess that makes sense. (The times I died were the times the enemy came at me with 3+ bots... there was no way to hold them off)

blah.. that last game was it for me, I'm going to try out a top lane, or a good ADC for a beginner next time. now that I'm getting the hang of it, I think that might be why I'm liking it so much

Azir, Fizz, Zed, Orianna, Lissandra, Xerath, Leblanc. Any of those should get you started

make no mistake, just because they are cheap doesn't mean they aren't good. little old 450 IP Annie is played on a professional level in the bottom lane.
