This is my biggest gripe about BR. You can get shitty catfish everywhere. Whole Foods is the only reliable place I have found. I wouldn't be surprised if it was frozen at some point and the prices are ridiculous.

I have seen redfish there and trout. I would call ahead to see what they have.

Almost definite it's been frozen. Some things I don't even chance.

I was at Tony's this week they had whole snapper, trout and redfish filets. Couple other saltwater fish that was probably imported. Whole foods might have the best selection, what fish are you looking for?

At any seafood joint look in the dumpster for the boxes. Your answer is resting in the bottom of it.

I would love trout, but the redfish skin on sounds awesome.

I'm calling. Thank you.

Everything's been flash frozen at some point. FDA regulations. If you want it that fresh, go catch it yourself or find someone who goes catch it.
