It would be tough finding yellow/purple parts though

Spraypaint, bro. People think it's dangerous, but those heat spreaders are largely cosmetic to begin with, and what little thermal dissipation they provide won't be offset by an enamel coating.

The MSI Z87 MPower has a yellow and black theme, so the yellow would be covered there. In fact, if you want to just go full yellow/black:

Z87 Mpower:

Avexir MPower Optimized Memory (Avexir? I dunno, RAM is RAM for anyone buying a prebuilt since they should not be messing with timings, ratios, or frequencies).

780 Lightning

And then I would do yellow and black single-sleeving on everything because why not.

ETA: Of course, the issue here is that the MPower is an excessive board if not overclocking with water or LN2. Hell, even I don't use all the added features on my MPower.

Can I shoot you some paypal for the sleeving heatshrink? I'm not sure what size I will need, but the 3/16 wouldnt work even when stretched with some pliers

Edit: and I said paypal because it's probably cheaper using an envelope and stamp rather than me drive to central

I don't know, other than they've reserved the yellow color for their enthusiast overclocking boards.

I have about a foot of 1/4" and a foot and a half of 1/8".

I'm surprised the 3/16 isn't working out. Are you sleeving fans? I sleeved all of my 3-pin fans with 1/8" sleeving and 1/8 2:1 heat shrink.

Already sleeved. I'm only using the heatshrink on the pins that have two cables connecting to them, so the heatshrink needs to fit around two cables with sleeving

Screwdriver
Heatgun
Elbow Grease

Comes off pretty easy TBH. (I shouldn't speak to the Z87 boards, I've just done Z77 and X79 boards.

Yeah, the Z87 was easy, but I'm talking about spraypainting the motherboard heatsinks in general, not the MPower.

I'll get there eventually to discuss. Rocksteady is working on another game for 2014 and some rumors suggest it's another batman. I hope not personally. i don't want to annualize it.

The new NVIDIA’s flagship is much more than GeForce GTX 780 replacement. Despite the fact that reference card will only arrive with 3GB memory, it does not mean that there won’t be the cards with more memory. The rumor has it that NVIDIA GTX 780 Ti will be available in 3 versions: 3GB, 6GB and even 12GB. Which version are you going to choose will only depend on how deep your pockets are.

NVIDIA's response to the 290x is awesome, and I'd totally just try a single 780 Ti if I could get an easy sale of my 7970s + backplates + waterblocks for at least $700. But it still pains me to think I'd be breaking even for a performance cut.
